Real Estate Law Experience
As an Assistant Attorney General, Jacqueline Rixen represented the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) in highway condemnation proceedings. She developed expertise in a variety of real estate and land use issues, including real estate valuation, title commitments and policies, zoning and development restrictions, and leases.
Ms. Rixen is a member of the Real Estate section of the Austin Bar Association and of the State Bar of Texas. She has also successfully completed courses in real estate valuation.
